Overall, I had a good experience here. Heitor was super friendly and easy to work with, no pressure at all, which I really appreciated. The whole process was quick and smooth, and I actually won a game they had that day, where they paid my first car payment, which was a nice surprise. There was something that came up after the sale that meant I had to make the 3 hour trip back to get it sorted, which was kind of a hassle. But in the end, Heitor took care of it. So far, I'm happy with my car and grateful for how helpful he was. If I ever decide to buy another car I will for sure come back, and hopefully be less nervous 😅
